(Global Telco) Senior Contract Commercial Manager

This company is starting to produce phone switches, and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools, but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195,000 employees.</p> <p> <style type="text/css"> </style> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leading the contract generation (quality, practice, and continuous improvement)</li> <li>Responsible for commercial and legal affairs-related content bidding</li> <li>Develop the contract solution preparation, modification, and consolidation</li> <li>Identify commercial & legal risks, develop mitigation solutions, and implement the result</li> <li>Responsible for disclosing risks in contract clauses.</li> <li>Leading regular scanning of the account's contract risks</li> <li>Performing contract handover and ensure that key information such as contract responsibilities, rights, risks, and assumptions is completely transferred.</li> <li>Leading in the output of the transaction conventions and contract management guide of the account</li> </ul> <p> <style type="text/css"> </style> <strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Willing to work in Jakarta, Indonesia</li> <li>Having bachelor degree in law or english majors.</li> <li>8+ years working experiences that related to commercial contract management.</li> <li>Able to negotiate with customers (Good Communication).</li> <li>Experienced with handling multiple projects.</li> <li>Strong language skillset is a must.</li> <li>Able to speak and write in Mandarin is a must.</li> <li>Willing to work in Jakarta, Indonesia.</li> </ul>
