Job Purpose and ImpactThe Portfolio Analyst Cocoa & Chocolate will support the Portfolio Manager in managing the strategic portfolio of projects for the Cocoa & Chocolate business in APAC. In this role, you will be working together with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and management of the various projects to drive growth and profitability. Key AccountabilitiesSupport Portfolio Manager in creating and managing a strategic portfolio of projects to drive the growth and profitability of the Cocoa & Chocolate business in APAC. Validate and prioritize portfolio projects, monitor progress, ensure appropriate resource needs and manage the portfolio management dashboard. Prepare portfolio reporting and review decks as required and ensuring high quality inputs from all stakeholders Facilitate collaboration with other process stakeholders to deliver value from people, process, data and technology systems improvement, track development progress and business readiness efforts and identify value opportunities through optimization initiatives. Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff. Other duties as assigned QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceExperience in project management, project delivery process and portfolio managementMinimum of two years of related work experienceOther minimum qualifications may applyPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree or other post-secondary degreeIndustry recognized certification in project portfolio management practicesKnowledge of and experience with process improvement practicesExperience in transformation, operational excellence or process improvement project managementExperience using project management and analytical toolsExperience in Cocoa & Chocolate preferred Experience in project management, project delivery process and portfolio management Experience working with cross-functional teams
