Maintain appropriate database / MIS of reviews done to facilitate long-term analysis of liability trends – turnaround time.Corporate Governance - Responsible for overseeing and managing corporate governance matters, including organizing board and shareholder meetings, filing with appropriate government authorities, obtaining relevant approvals, and managing these entities' internal and external databases.Litigation management - Liaise with external counsels on litigation & arbitrations, support debt recovery litigation, and provide legal support for routine customer complaints & contractual risk management.
