Our founders still work with the brand every day to fulfill their original dream of making beauty that performs and transforms.YOUR MISSIONAdministration:· Generate warehouse inventory stock report based on request from SAP.· Order and manage 3rd Party delivery courier for Brand Requirement (Example: Product Sending to KOL / Sephora / Partners, etc) & update respected parties.· Generate monthly report for Retail Sales by Value and Quantity by SKUs for all stores.· Generate monthly report for GWP and Sample Usage.· Create Sales Order and Delivery Order for Selling product in SAP System to all stores.· Create Sales Order and Delivery Order Tester, GWP, Sample, Training tools, Event/Animation tools, Barter Product, and Product Seeding based on requirements.· Support notification to partners on Sellable and Non-Sellable estimated arrival to secure timely GR in Sephora.· Create Purchase Order Product Request and Esker for Sales, Marketing, Training, and Visual Merchandising.· Support Brand & Finance in follow up document submission to ensure timely payment.· Create Sales Order and Delivery Order for Return from store (based on PO) to Warehouse by SAP System and arrange the pick-up schedule.· Create Sales Order and Delivery Order for Adhoc Returns from store, Ex: missing label, store rejects, etc. Support follow up process until products accounted by warehouse.· Follow up and track delivery schedule from Warehouse to all stores & all parties.· Check inbound schedule for Selling product, Tester, GWP, Sample, AOG, and so on, checking one by one the SKU, qty and price between Invoice and PO in SAP.· Create new vendor registration (BA, KOL, VMD, EO, Etc) and new channel registration. Support in monitoring approval process and document completion.· Deliver quality hampers wrapping based on Fresh Guideline, training will be provided.Ad-hoc Projects:· BPOM Sticker management· Travel Itinerary and Booking for Business Trip all team· Recap, order, monitor store tools and product in the office· Support basic printing request to 3rd party. (Ex: Training Sheet, Wobblers, Brochures). Design & Guideline provided.RequirementsWHAT YOU OFFER · Min. 3 years of working experience in Administration. Beauty/Fashion/FMCG experience is a plus.· High proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP· Excellent time management skills and strong attention to details · Self-starter and highly driven individual· Strong communication skills and ability to work and well within a dynamic team· Ability to engage effectively and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
