THAILAND - INDONESIA - SINGAPORE - INDIA - PHILIPPINES - MALAYSIA - VIETNAM The Role Job Responsibilities: Advise businesses on applicable Indonesia law and regulation Drive key projects related to new licensing or compliance Liaise with internal stakeholders and internal users, such as Strategic Operations, Business Development, Finance, HR, and Operations Draft and review various legal documents, and/or negotiate contracts with external partners Supervise legal team in general, litigation, and decision-maker Accommodate company legalization issues with third parties Representing the company in handling legal activities Register a copyright of products Ideal Profile Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Capital Management, or a related field. Communicate professionally in English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region. Min 5 years of experience, preferably in payment getaway, P2P or insurance broker company Preferably in-house experience Knowing the legal system in payment getaway or insurance broker company Good attention to detail & strong analytical skills Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills Positive attitude, flexible, proactive, self-motivated and oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work individually What's on Offer?
