Every step of the way, we have stayed true to our essence – to be at the vanguard of technological trends and innovations, continually reshaping what's possible and always staying a step ahead.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop short, medium, and long-term HR work plans in line with the company's strategic planning, create a comprehensive HR management system, and oversee its implementation.</li> <li>Integrate local resources to provide comprehensive HR solutions for local business development in Indonesia and implement them.</li> <li>Combine Indonesia regulations and the company management system to formulate and implement HR management systems, including recruitment, training, performance, compensation, and employee development.</li> <li>Regularly report to the company's senior management and the head office on HR strategies, organizational construction, administrative management, and provide specialized recommendations.</li> <li>Adjust the organizational structure, staff structure, and salary and benefits treatment reasonably according to the subsidiary's business situation and market conditions.</li> <li>Timely handle significant issues in the company's personnel and administrative management, and be responsible for the construction of the company's overseas business corporate culture.</li> </ul> <p> <style type="text/css"> </style> <strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or Science.</li> <li>5+ years of local HR-related work experience in Indonesia.</li> <li>Experience in managing HR in an international business group is preferred.</li> <li>Familiar with Indonesia personnel hiring-related laws and regulations.</li> <li>Strong leadership and management skills, good at communication, with outstanding organizational coordination and analytical prediction capabilities.</li> <li>Strong planning and implementation abilities.</li> <li><strong>Able to communicate in Chinese or Mandarin is a must.</strong></li> </ul>
