HC Analytics Description: Role SummaryHC Analytics role delivers impact by transforming data and analysis into insights and recommendations to the management as part of developing strategic directions. Reporting to Group Head People Services & Facility Management, HC Analytics is expected to be able to provide analytical insights across all Human Capital functions (Talent Acquisition, People Strategy, Learning & Development, Reward Management, etc.) as well as support Human Capital special projects and strategic initiatives.Responsibilities Analyze data and disseminate insights that are valued by decision-makers Collaborate with other HC functions to define problems, gather data, and provide actionable people metrics and insights Develop and deliver compelling presentations using data, graphics, and effective storytelling to communicate insights and implications for decision making Support HC leaders in presenting analysis and recommendations to stakeholders Apply expertise in people research, quantitative analysis, and data visualization to help XL Axiata recruit, develop, and retain talent See beyond the data to identify solutions that will generate an added value for business from human capital perspective Requirements Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, and/or People Analytics. At least Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Information Systems, Business Analytics, People Analytics, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Statistics, Human Resources, Economics, Data Science, etc. Experienced with data analytics, reporting, building predictive statistical models, or analyzing workforce behavior Ability to clean, validate, integrate, and evaluate large datasets from disparate and unstructured sources Ability to generate standard or custom reports to summarize people data insights for review by executives, managers, and other stakeholders Ability to translate complex data analysis and research principles into terms that can be understood by a broader audience Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as presentation skills Strong detail-orientation, time-management, and an ability to prioritize Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders Ability to concurrently run multiple projects in a dynamic environment Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, API, Python, and/or Matlab Experience or familiarity with HRIS is a plus
