Job Description Working closely with the key accounts in Modern Channel Develop monthly activities to meet sales, distribution, and merchandising targets (our share to customer's turnover, listings, POS appearance) Development of the specific strategy (product range, price positioning, relationship marketing, promotions, in store services & merchandising, training of key account customer's staff) for the supported KA - in strong coordination with Lead-KAM Develop cross-functional relationships at all levels of the customer (buying, marketing, operations. logistic, etc) to ensure consistent positive relationship Responsible for Sales Turnover, Trading Term, and Key Account business growth Set up KAM database and update it on regular basis to ensure systematic management of Key Accounts Qualifications Bachelor degree in a relevant field, preferably from Industrial Engineering Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Key Account/Trade Marketing Executive in building materials industry or retailers Excellent communication in Bahasa and English Entrepreneurial mindset for example to offer improvement or solutions for internal and external stakeholder Strong analytical thinking and data-based approach willing to travel to visit customers & stores Additional Information HR Contact Person: Nahda Miftah Aulia
