VS Sales Lead & Business Development Manager

Job Description Responsible to represent the interest of Bosch ST towards the sales organisation and customers in a designated area. Does support the business planning process and implementation. Responsible for implementation of ST sales strategy and activities as well as business development in the country/ region on distributor-, wholesaler- and partner level. The SM is leader of a ST sales team and must reach at least set targets under consideration of resources. Analyzing and developing the customer base including segmentation, identifying potentials and specific needs. Develop and maintain strong relationship with key influencers, authorities, and business associations in the region. Develop and implement ST sales strategy in the respective area to grow the business with new customers. Coordinates the assigned activities and implements and maintains all project related support activities from other Bosch departments. Responsible for creating prospects and end-user relations/ relationship management. Overachieving the given sales targets with new customers in the area. Market and competitor analysis for economic facts. Collecting and updating information continuously. Coordination between Sales team and new business partners. Qualifications Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Commercial Economics or related field. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in sales environment (especially project-based business) and B2B sales, preferably in security system and communication technology. Builder of strong long term relationship and networks. Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information. Excellent in communication and negotiation skills to all level. Understand about the market and competitors' product. Understanding of distribution or/ and project business, sales plan on account plan/ district / national level Understand about project management and sales plan/key account management plan. Understanding of project business and sales plan/ account plan Understand about target deployment and KPI steering. Able to think PDCA cycle. Self-motivated but also able to work as part of a team. Good in organizational, time-management, strategical thinking, and planning. Proficient in written and verbal communication in English. Confidence presenting to large groups of people.
