Description :• Analyze development needs that are tailored to the objectives of the business or function and individual needs to develop competencies so that they can be relevant in today's position.• Developing an appropriate curriculum tailored to business needs and developing the competencies of each individual.• Create, implement, and make improvements related to development content for both offline and online training.• Prepare catalogs, calendars, and training publications to be implemented.• Become a trainer or training facilitator for soft skills training.• Evaluate, analyze, and make reports on the effectiveness of the training that has been implemented.• Carry out documentation and ensure the training data base is recorded in the system.• Building a network with trainers and facilitators, both internal and external, to support training implementation.• Prepare training budget plans, monitor usage, and report training budget utilization.• Become a partner for talent management and HRBP to ensure employee development goes according to plan.Job Requirement :• Experience in the field of L&D for at least 5 years• Strong in presentation & communication skills• Experience as a Content Developer (Instructional Design), Trainer/Facilitator, e-Learning content developer• Experience involved in the development needs analysis process from users to solutions in the form of training/other development programs• Experience related to competency development up to mapping to employee development programs• Experience in preparing training budgets, monitoring, and reporting budget realization to management• Experience in handling multiple stakeholders in the previous company (Supporting units: Finance, Audit, Procurement, etc.)​"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"
