The Sales & Operations Planning Manager responsible for leading the S&OP process for CCEP Indonesia, driving collaboration across functions to create a consensus plan, ensure that the company's sales and operations plans align with customer demand and are executed in a cost-effective manner. This position is also responsible for driving the S&OP maturity journey that spans process development, people capabilities and technology enablement and embedding the CCEP standards and work with other CCEP markets to identify improvement opportunities and drive continual evolution of the process. Key Responsibilities Ensure that the S&OP process is aligned to CDSP principles working in close collaboration with the central team. Drive S&OP agenda and co create and execute the S&OP & S&OE Maturity plan, providing clear direction and prioritisation to cross functional teams. Support owners of each element of the process in continuous improvement activities, ensuring that preparation of each routine supports the overall process effectiveness and balanced decision making. Participate actively in the S&OP routines by challenging counterparts on their outputs, given overall process knowledge and objectives. Highlight root-causes for identified problems and lead definition of corrective actions. Support the Planning lead through internal coordination meetings, Full Team meetings, organization & training and development plans for the entire team Deploy and maintain an effective performance monitoring system for S&OP process being a key contributor to the continuous improvement of the full process within the BU. Provide coaching and support across stakeholder groups to improve process effectiveness. Functional & Technical Skill: Extensive knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning processes Operational management experience in a FMCG E2E Supply Chain knowledge (Intermediate) Proven ability to define and deliver performance improvement initiatives. Wider cross-functional experience preferable e.g. Commercial, Finance or Supply Relationship management (Advanced) Influencing & communication skills (speak, listen and write in a clear) Analytical skills (Intermediate) Project management skills: Effective project and time management (Advanced) Fluent English Behavioural Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex challenges simply to all levels in an organization. Natural interpersonal and teamwork skills; the ability to build relationships, drive change & build buy in to key S&OP concepts. Sets extremely high standards for self and team Key Stakeholders Internal: Leadership Team, SC Planning, Logistics, Commercial, Finance, P&C, PACS, CSSC – CCEP Central Tower External: -, Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain management or related field 8+ years experiences, on Wider cross-functional experience preferable e.g., Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, preferable in FMCG environment Proven ability to define and deliver performance improvement initiatives.
