This position will responsible to IT hardware and software needed in North Sulawesi Area. You'll work with high mobility and collaborating various role to support their IT needed Job Description: Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone) Setting up accounts for new users Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary Doing a testing new technology Experience to train junior staff Requirements A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar 1-2 years of experience as an IT support specialist Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users Proficiency in IT helpdesk software, such as Freshservice and SysAid Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
