The output : Improved client performance by engaging consumers with brand ideas better, faster, and more cost-effectively across every step of the journey that a brand takes to market.   Purpose of the role Reporting to the Managing Partner (Production Marketing Services, APAC), the Business Director will support and drive growth for a number of key clients under our One Indicia Incubation program, through balancing day-to-day operational support and leadership to the teams with a strategic approach to clients in order to enhance our service offering and overall performance. The main areas of focus will be Client Relationship, Growth/Business Development, Account Management, Solution Design and Reporting, Financial Accuracy and Strategic Direction. Taking the lead in establishing and nurturing strategic client relationships/ engagement across brands/markets Briefing and leading project groups of SMEs from across the business to develop solutions that improve client experience and drive growth/revenue opportunities Be an integral part of the joint business planning process – in conjunction with clients – and then mobilise the team to execute strategic actions Key areas of business growth (One Indicia value proposition) include technology, creative production, sustainability, ROI measurement, and data Working closely with the Managing Partner to actively contribute to the financial forecasting/resource planning process of accounts Proactively developing and implementing initiatives to expand Indicia Worldwide’s offering to new client opportunities Contributing to the strategic direction and growth of Indicia Worldwide. Skills, knowledge, experience, and exposure Significant background in Account Management, ideally coming with an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager background and/or Account Management team leadership experience Demonstrated a high level of exposure to multicultural and international environments and ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders of all sorts of cultures and backgrounds Relevant experience in the marketing/client management industry, including Media, Retail, Automotive, Pharma, FMCG and/or beverage Proficiency in developing client-facing proposals, reports, case studies, etc. Relevant experience in an Agency environment is desirable Full understanding of the entire end-to-end marketing process, from client strategic requirements to deliver cross-channels. The mindset to navigate the role The Business Director is a ONE Indicia ambassador and is ready to activate plans to reach targets autonomously, keeping the relevant senior stakeholders engaged throughout the process and in a collaborative way, ensuring alignment between the client’s needs and Indicia Worldwide. At the same time, they hold a holistic understanding of Indicia Worldwide’s value proposition and offer and are ready to act as a first point of contact for the relevant senior client stakeholders They will be entrepreneurial and pioneering through creating the opportunity with the client to start conversations about growth and new services. They will also be able to keep a long-term view and manage the pressure of the client and leadership, driving a culture that empowers their team members and facilitates accountability. The Business Director is a people-centered leader and will make their team a priority, finding always time to have meaningful interactions, quality time through 1:1’s and building a trustful relationship by providing and gathering feedback on a regular basis.
