It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Wealth and Personal Banking, Insurance, and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Supervisor Proposition and Marketing SupportResponsibilities: ·Responsible for day to day operational of Premier Loyalty Program to ensure the program is delivered to eligible customer and also ensure the quality of the process and service are as per agreed standard.·Cooperate with branches and other stakeholder within HSBC to handle complain, dispute, and also providing solution to customers related to Loyalty Program.·Maintain good relationship with third party to meet the agreed Service Level Agreement. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: ·Has minimum 2 years of working experience and can operate basic Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power Point, and Word.·Has basic understanding on data assessment & analysis.·Demonstrate effective communication skill both verbal and written.·Creative & innovative, also up to date with market trend.You’ll achieve more at HSBCHSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
