You will apply your project management and leadership expertise to ensure that your team meets scope, quality, time, and budget targets.You will be accountable for project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and achievement of the targets set for the project—while also being responsible for the delivery of the scope within the agreed level of quality, timeframe, budget, and other agreed KPIs/SLAs.As an expert people manager, you will be tasked to for attracting, developing, and retaining talent to build and maintain an effective team.You will use your quality knowledge to predict risks (quality, timeline, and budget) and take necessary mitigation measures that lead to high-quality production, stable BAU, and predictable operations.You will manage relationships efficiently and communicate with key stakeholders to ensure that production support is not only aligned with the customer requirements, but also adds value to their business.You will be able to display your in-depth technical and hands-on knowledge of operation systems, serving as a professional authority, and leading the team during adversity.You will be able demonstrate innovative with process and product engineering, while promoting Kaizen principles in project processes and deliverables, as well as setting up foundation practices and standard operation procedures.You will prioritize activities (self, team, external) to understand and implement reuse of best practices and follow up on them.You will have the opportunity to plan the implementation process to mitigate the impact of differences between the future and current state, and be part of the PRR committee.You will support the execution of plans with related employees, managers, and business leaders, analyze failed CCs, and implement lessons learned.You will ensure production readiness for new releases (part of the approval chain of the PRR committee) and own the monitoring (planning, requirements, analyzing, defining levels, and so on).
