(Global ICT) Mandarin Legal Contract Commercial Manager

Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195,000 employees.</p> <p> <style type="text/css"> </style> <style type="text/css"> </style> We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial and Contract Specialist to lead our commercial bidding projects, manage contract negotiations, and provide in-depth commercial analyses. As a vital member of our team, you will play an essential role in ensuring contract quality, driving profitability, and managing transaction risks.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Spearhead bidding projects, create commercial solutions, respond to commercial bids, and formulate bidding documents.</li> <li>Engage in contract negotiations, pinpoint contract risks, and implement measures to guarantee contract quality, aligned with negotiation goals.</li> <li>Assist SDT in overseeing sales authorization, standardizing sales decision-making operations, and offering insightful decision-making commentary.</li> <li>Gather and scrutinize commercial data, including local business environment insights, customer needs, and industry trends, to refine our local commercial strategies.</li> <li>Oversee MAE&OTC process risks within the EBG CRM process and bolster swift, robust business growth by refining transaction policies and methods.</li> <li>Supervise local company transaction quality, evaluate transactions concerning profitability and risks, and enhance transaction standards based on pressing issues.</li> </ul> <p> <style type="text/css"> </style> <style type="text/css"> </style> <strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A background in International Trade, International Management, Finance, Legal, or related work experience.</li> <li><strong>Able to speak and communicate in mandarin.</strong></li> <li>5+ years experience in the legal field, such as a Legal Officer.</li> <li>Proven track record in drafting contracts and engaging in customer negotiations.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.</li> <li>A collaborative team player, self-driven, outcome-focused, and highly autonomous.</li> <li>Proactive and innovative with exceptional communication skills across organizational levels.</li> </ul>
