Assembly Coordinator (6-months Contract)

Things you will do Represent Bobobox in a professional manner at all times Ensure the Site's Requirements are complete before the construction of each Project Create Request Order for Assembly Requirement Liaise with Assembly Vendor to ensure the project timeline is executed as planned Liaise with Manufacturing & Supply Chain Division to ensure Pods Manufacturing and Distribution fulfill Site's Requirements Liaise with the Electronic Pods Coordinator for the Electronic Pods requirement of each Project Liaise with Inventory planning to provide the accessories for the pods aligned with the construction time Ensure communication with the project superintendents to understand project priority and flow Monitor construction activities and recommend or take corrective action to ensure that quality standards are met in line with quality assurance programs Liaise with the assembly electronic coordinator to conduct assembly trials to ensure the new vendor comprehends the assembly process and field reports Complete field reports You’ll fit in this job if you A diploma degree in Product design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred Having working experience in design interior is preferred Ability to receive direction and effectively implement it in the field Independently, self-starting, and driven Ability to read and interpret construction documents Knowledge of the design-build process Strong attention to detail with superior analytical aptitude Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Willing to work in Bandung, with frequent travel
