A Steward Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of stewards and ensuring they follow proper cleaning and sanitation procedures. They are also responsible for coordinating with other departments, such as the kitchen, restaurant, and banquet teams, to ensure that all equipment and supplies are available and ready for use. Additionally, they may be responsible for managing inventory levels and placing orders for cleaning supplies, kitchenware, and other equipment as needed. QualificationsCandidates for this position must be team players who are genuinely passionate about excellent stewarding services. A minimum of one year experience as a Steward Supervisor in a large kitchen operation is required. To be successful in the job, candidates must be able to communicate in conversational English.
