Title: Head of Supply ChainLocation: Solo, Indonesia Our client is a nation wide restaurant chain in Indonesia, at this moment they are hiring Head of Supply Chain. Responsibilities:Develop and execute supply chain strategies to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients and materials to all restaurant locations.Oversee inventory management, forecasting, and procurement processes to optimize costs and minimize wastage.Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.Implement efficient logistics and distribution networks to streamline delivery processes and meet operational demands.Lead a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure departmental objectives are met.Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain to reduce environmental impact and promote responsible sourcing practices. SUPPLY CHAIN,SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENTRequirements:Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the food or restaurant industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.Proficiency in using supply chain management software and analytical tools.Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Fluent in Indonesian and English languages.
