The Offer Leadership Role Fantastic work culture A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities The Job You will be responsible for : Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters; Participate in developing a growth-oriented company environment; Formulate strategies to boost employees engagement rate; Investigate complaints brought forth by employees; Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices; Formulate and execute internal events to maintain employees morale level; Able to communicate effectively with Board of Directors, Managers, and all of the employees. The Profile Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in any major from a reputable University (psychology or human resource management preferred); Minimum of 1 years experience in Human Resource, Human Capital, People Engagement, or other related fields; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation. Efficient HR administration and people management skills; Excellent record-keeping skills; Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills; Able to join ASAP is more preferable, working from office in the Semarang area. The Employer Our client is an IT consulting company based in Semarang, Central Java. Our client offers alignment and integration technology on an Odoo basis.
