HR Strategist

The Offer Leadership Role Fantastic work culture A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities The Job You will be responsible for : Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters; Participate in developing a growth-oriented company environment; Formulate strategies to boost employees engagement rate; Investigate complaints brought forth by employees; Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices; Formulate and execute internal events to maintain employees morale level; Able to communicate effectively with Board of Directors, Managers, and all of the employees. The Profile Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in any major from a reputable University (psychology or human resource management preferred); Minimum of 1 years experience in Human Resource, Human Capital, People Engagement, or other related fields; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation. Efficient HR administration and people management skills; Excellent record-keeping skills; Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills; Able to join ASAP is more preferable, working from office in the Semarang area.
