As Head of Commercial Excellence at AZ Indonesia, you will lead 3 pillars which are Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Trainers, & Key Account Managers (KAM) Team.Typical Accountabilities:Lead and drive external insights including competitive intelligence and customer insightsConduct market and customer analyses to identify commercial opportunitiesMonitor and head the review of performance of drivers of sales force effectiveness including SFE measures and resources utilizationDevelop insightful reports and dashboards for the country or regional leadership teamEnable and build good data analytics capabilities and mindset in driving commercial decisionsDrive our sales and operations processes and standards by leading towards an entrepreneurial driven mindset.Hire, develop and retain top talents by ensuring discipline in talent reviews and succession planning and in championing people development activities.Ensure a culture of ethics, integrity, and compliance is embedded in all business practices alongside full accountability for effective oversight and transparent upward reporting of compliance status in partnership with Global ComplianceEssential for the roleYour education background is in science or business, preferably with an MBA from a top universityYou have proven knowledge and experience in commercial excellence and salesforce effectivenessYou bring to this role a deep understanding in commercial acumen and skills in strategic, analytical, and execution of organizational and business plansYou naturally develop and grow people who work with you and you have multiple successful stories of people development.You have developed sound and motivational leadership agility having led and managed cross-functional and cross-cultural teamsWhy AstraZeneca?
