(Global Supply Company) Mandarin Accounting Manager

<p><strong>About the Company:</strong></p> <p>Our client was restructured from several supply chain service and went public on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2011. The company's main business is supply chain management and logistics services, logistics platform development and operation. Resources: Commodity procurement and supply business mainly feature plastic chemicals, metal minerals, agricultural products, forest products and mechanical and electrical products, such as five general resins, EVA, fish meal, whey powder, palm oil, latex, steel, non-ferrous metals, automobiles, etc.</p> <p>We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Mandarin Accounting Manager to join our finance department. This position will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the entire accounting process of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining financial records, and developing accounting strategies and procedures to achieve the company's financial goals.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Review and prepare end-of-month closing accounting journal transactions and monthly financial statements.</li> <li>Ensure that all financial information is accurate and complete.</li> <li>Provide monthly projection reports and conduct analytical reviews of financial matters to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.</li> <li>Maintain balance sheet working paper (BS Recon) properly and timely, ensuring all accounts are reconciled and discrepancies are addressed.</li> <li>Oversee the checking of intercompany payable reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency across all company accounts.</li> <li>Monitor the list of Projects in Progress to ensure financial aspects are tracked and reported accurately.</li> <li>Maintain the SAP Chart of Account, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurately reflects the company's financial structure.</li> <li>Create a Closing Checklist and Standard of Procedure for significant closing accounts to streamline the accounting processes and improve efficiency.</li> <li>Review and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements, including the LKPM Report and KPPK Report that need to be submitted to BKPM and BI.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounting Manager role.</li> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting, or a relevant field.</li> <li>Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential.</li> <li>Experience in BIG 4 accounting firms is a plus.</li> </ul>
