Position SummarySupport overall admin requirement and report to the SRIN coordinator (Korean), escalate to Head of SRIN (if any) and responsible for preparing any financial statements, compliance process administration and reporting. He/She must work within the Financial Management policies align with HQ and SEINS (local subs) procedures and compliancesRole and ResponsibilitiesFinancial Statement Preparation: prepare financial statements, which provide insights into the financial health of a company. These insights allow businesses to make strategic decisions about resource allocationFinancial Close Experience: Financial close completes all financial transactions for the month, quarter, or year to ensure financial statements accurately represent thereporting period. The financial close process also uncovers errors or discrepancies recorded in the financial statementsEstablish and Monitor Financial Systems: Accounting managers create, monitor, and evaluate financial systems within their organizations. They collect, analyze, verify, and report financial information to document firms' financial performance and position companies to make well-informed financial decisionsMeet Financial Objectives: Accounting managers recommend forecasting requirements, draft annual budgets, and project expenditures to prepare periodicAdminister and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the overall target planning are maintained in an accurate and timely manner (weekly, monthly or any related ad-hoc requirement)Provide efficient and effective office management and follow compliance operational standard.Creating weekly and monthly finance report and prepare back data information that required.Skills and QualificationsGood team building and strong analytical and problem solving skillsGood in communication, effective verbal and written communications skills (include. with local people)Good in computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word-processing programs at a highly proficient levelA multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment - balanced and solid stress and time management skillsA successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization and problem solving skills which support and enable sound decision makingProfound experience in tax accounting٫ tax compliance and all kinds of tax operationsAt least 2 years of experience on Finance and Accounting with some supervisory skills.The candidate has experience of final responsibility for the quality and content of all related financial data, reporting and audit coordination for either a Group or significant project area, and has preferably overseen a human resources function previously (within a project)Chartered Financial Analyst and the Certified Treasury Professional credentials or any related certification will be point plusStrong English/Korean communication skill, in written and oralBahasa Indonesia as major communication with local people will be point plusMin Bachelor degrees in Accounting or Financeor any related Master degrees from reputable universities will be point plus* Samsung has a strict policy on trade secrets.
