Responsibilities: Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle: from sourcing and screening; to selection, salary proposal, offer and on-boarding in an efficient and professional Build a candidate pool who are potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management and be able to recruit passive candidates and build good recruitment pipeline Collaboration with local shools, communities, and government to increase talent attraction and fulfillment Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention Requirements Proven work experience as a Regional HR or similar role Has exp minimun in 4 years as recruiter Understanding of full cycle recruitment process Has Exp in mass hiring Excellent verbal and written communication skills Leadership abilities BSc in Human Resources Management/ Law or relevant field
