POS Sales Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and develop opportunities to maintain existing customers in the respective country/region. Identify emerging markets to discover new sales opportunities. Define and execute sales plans for the territory. Promote the organization and its products. Understand our target customers and their connection to our products. Conduct industry research on competitors and develop plans and strategies to enhance branding and market share as necessary. Prepare for sales presentations and demonstrate the product at both the office and client's premises. Follow up on qualified leads to convert them into customers. Collaborate with the Marketing team to create sales campaigns for entering new territories and industry verticals. Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue and generate timely sales reports. Formulate sales policies, procedures, pricing schedules, and rates in collaboration with the management team. Manage distributors by setting sales targets and monitoring their performance. Build rapport, maintain relationships with current accounts, and oversee the entire distribution network. Job requirement: Should have experience in POS, Payment, RFID, and AIDC Technology, and possess an existing network. Should have an interest in developing entrepreneurship and a willingness to grow into a country manager or regional sales manager role, which will be considered a plus. Must have good written and spoken communication skills and be able to report to an overseas supervisor. Should be friendly, energetic, and passionately independent.
