Bring your talents as a Sales Manager to our dedicated F&B team and build your effective communication with all hotel departments.As our next Sales Manager, you will: § Managing accounts within the Sales department in charge of local and international accounts for both individual bookings assigned by Director of Sales.§ Responsible in managing assigned accounts in respective markets and materializing budgeted revenues through existing clients and key prospects. § Assists & cooperates with Department heads in reaching the targeted goals as defined in the sales and marketing plan.§ Driving all sales-related activities, and to effectively sell all aspects of the hotel.§ Develop new and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of action plans.§ To design and implement an effective sales plan and promotional activities.§ Review the monthly turndown list and recap on sales experience.§ To be proactive within organizations and meetings outside the hotel with the purpose of increasing business levels.§ To maintain and use Client history files.§ Implement a system to answer quotations / proposals forwarded to the clients are followed up to maximize conversion rate.§ Implementing service standards and procedures, ensuring achievement of set budgets.What we are looking for:• Someone who has ambition, raw talent, and a passionate• A person who has the willingness to take on feedback and try new things • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes, team environment • A strong communicator with well-developed stakeholder management• The ability to balance multiple priorities and act with a sense of urgency, whilst remaining calm under pressure• Someone who is exceptionally organised, with the ability to prioritise in order to meet allocated timelines and budgets• The ability to remain calm when under pressureOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
