Smailing Tour has been the market leader in Indonesia travel industry for more than 40 years of experiences since its establishment in 1976 The Role This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer located in Bali, Indonesia. The Human Resources Officer provides support on Human Resources and General Affairs by assisting with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, and job description development. The Human Resources Officer will also be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records, coordinating employee training and development, and implementing HR initiatives. This position is only open to Indonesians with minimum 1 year of working experience in Human Resources or General Affairs. You will be responsible for : Providing support to the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, learning and development and compensation and benefits. Employee onboarding & offboarding. Creating and maintaining employee personnel files and ensuring employee information is up to date in the internal system. Application and renewal of work visas. Maintaining employee leave and training records. Administering medical and other insurance as per Company policy. Preparing monthly HR reports for management. Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll. Working with various internal stakeholders to handle payroll related inquiries and resolving any issues or errors in a timely manner. Maintaining all statutory compliance with respect to payroll. Other adhoc works such as preparing work certificates etc. Ideal Profile HR Management and HR Policies skills Experience in Human Resources (HR) and Employee Relations Experience in BPJS and Payroll Experience in Job Description Development Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with employees at all levels Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
