The Role As an employee of our company, you will collaborate with each department for  complaint handling and troubleshooting . Responsibilities Receiving complaints from clients Analyze the complaints you get Work on complaint requests Ideal Profile This position is  creative and rigorous  by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills. Education D3/S1 (IT graduate preferred) Preferably have at least 1-year experience in a similar division, fresh graduates are welcome Have good communication and presentation skills Have a strong analysis Mastering one programming language (preferably python) Understanding Odoo is a plus 8Understanding IT infrastructure is a plus What's on Offer?
