DescriptionAbout this opportunity:The HW Service Delivery Executive function is doing the daily operation interface for his/her various internal & external customers & service providers towards the Hardware (HWS) and Spare Parts Management Services (SPMS) SLA deliverables. Develop, implement and maintain cost efficient, ergonomic and safe production, claims and repair processes, equipment and tools according to production rules. Manage production performance as collecting data, analyzing, checking, modifying and implementing/updating production processes, methods and tools. Propose product improvements to design in pre-development and projects. Develop product requirements and design rules from a supply perspective.What you will do:Closely monitor HWS Operation & SPMS delivery performanceVerify the billing documents from the suppliers & to ensure that cost is cross charge correctly to respective Service Order & raise the Purchase Order as and when deemed necessary.Monitor & ensure the cost & operational expenses is within the budgetary costEscalate any critical issue to HWS Manager and/or SDM Ensure the accuracy of operational & statistical data in HWS/SPMS for analysisIdentify and highlights the deviation & initiate the corrective actionsParticipate in the regular interval performance reviews with the Customers & Supplier (Vendors)Prepare & submit the periodical operational reports to Customer’s Respondents in a timely mannerSupport the inter department that needs support on information & details on HWS Operation.Correspond & communicate with internal/external customers on HWS-SPMS Issue accordinglySupport respective customer’s SDM whenever deemed necessarySupport for the SDM for any customer business review – ie monthly, quarterly or annual workshopThe skills you bring:Fluent in English both written and spoken.Good computer skill such as Microsoft Office and Windows ApplicationGood in data management and data processingGood in Return Logistics and Supply Chain ManagementGood in Hardware Services managementGood in Basic Warehouse knowledgeGood in Vendor ManagementGood knowledge of Ericsson’s product/hardwareGood in Ericsson Business ProcessBehavioral Competences:Coping with Pressures & SetbacksDeciding & Initiating actionsDelivering Results & Meeting Customer ExpectationsPersuading & InfluencingPresenting & Communicating informationRelating & Networking
