SALES MANAGER Requirements: Education: Bachelor Degree in Management, Marketing Communication, Business Management or other related major. A Master Degree is an advantage. Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales management, Business Development, Product / Category management across e-Commerce, Retail or Hospitality Industries. Coffee industry is an advantage. Experience in B2B and Horeca market segmentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Good negotiation skills, influencing abilities. Strong in leadership skill. Detail oriented with strong analytical aptitude. Ability to handle complex situations with continuous drive for results. Technical aptitude and basic understanding of e-commerce marketplace business models. Experienced in handling digital sales and marketing of Indonesia top brand companies' products (food & Beverage, cosmetic, FMCG, fashion & apparel, electronic, etc.) In-depth understanding of business dynamics and complexity of channel management. Excellent relationship management, communications and interpersonal skills. Job Description: Build and acquire new sales leads within the food & beverage industry, B2B, Hotel, Restaurant, Café, Catering or related business segmentation and maintaining current clients. Works closely with the team to analyze present and future market trends and clients feedback for market segmentation and planning to aim for further market penetration Develops and executes sales strategies in the marketplace securing achievement of expected bottom line result for the segment in the allocated region. Plans, monitors and periodically reports on execution of major sales activities conducted. Identifies significant business opportunities, pinpoints existing and/or potential problem areas and assists field force where appropriate. Provides feedback to understand how customers are utilizing our products and how well those products align versus competitive products. Input to price setting, carries out negotiations within the responsible area.
