The leader to take the team that drives the strategy and relationships with AWS’s largest revenue accounts in the Indonesia to the next level. The leader will hire and develop, manage, and lead a seasoned team, to execute on this strategy, resulting in deeper relationships, joint go-to-market initiatives, and even broader utilization of Amazon Web Services in a multinational customer base. This leader will be responsible for all aspects of the team, including ensuring customer satisfaction, revenue achievement, driving the growth strategy, and nurturing the executive relationships with both AWS and the customers. This role will manage the goals, objectives, and performance of the team. The leader will have good executive presence and have previously managed senior Account Managers on complex accounts. We are looking for a creative and motivational leader with a customer obsessed approach.Key job responsibilities- Lead the Enterprise sales teams including developing opportunity pipeline, driving revenue growth and user adoption as well as direct sales engagements cross key industry verticals acting as executive sponsor for key customer and partner relationships.- Build and leverage C-suite executive relationships with external stakeholders (customers, partners, government, regulatory bodies, press/media) to further adoption of AWS services in the market.- Serve as a key member of AWS Indonesia leadership team, in helping to define and deliver AWS overall strategy.- Manage sales cadence through robust performance measures and reviews, using data driven analytics, to drive strong sales execution. This includes owing all metrics and goals and reporting of all account related activity i.e. sales forecasting, account strategy, demand generation, deal strategy development and trend analysis. Join us as we embark on this exciting journey!We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Jakarta, IDNBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 10+ years experience in IT sales, business development or consulting, with 5+ years managing sales teams.- Direct field and management experience working with enterprise accounts.- Demonstrable ability to lead teams in consistently exceeding quota and key performance metrics.- Technical understanding in the areas of cloud computing, web services and enterprise software.- Exceptional communications skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations, engaging and influencing C-level executives.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Managerial experience in Indonesia and/or international experience in high growth markets- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills are required.- Experience selling cloud solutions and experience in driving the adoption of new technologies and solutions preferred- Strong understanding of AWS and/or technology as a service would be preferred but not required- A Bachelor's degree in a business/technical discipline or equivalent and 5-8 years experience on channel or commercial sales related fieldCome build the future with us.
