You’ll be a part of our Gobal Sales team. JOB FUNCTIONS: The Sales Manager will plan and manage commercial activities, functions, and the assigned resources to guarantee budgeted sales volumes, defined profit margins, client loyalty and satisfaction, and continuous business development and growth based on the assigned portfolio POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Manages and monitors implementation of commercial plans to guarantee the sales volumes and profitability defined in the plan, for each business initiative.Develops customized processes of customer services to ensure client loyalty and satisfaction.Analyzes opportunities and new accounts to develop the account and/or project service strategy.Manages client service and conducts actions towards key clients to maximize the use of resources in the treatment of target accounts from channels and distributors.Facilitates the coordination of his functions with the Marketing, Finance and Sales Administration areas to increase internal and external answering capacity and synergy with the rest of the organization.Achieves a greater coverage of emerging markets and reaches out to more clients, promoting the development of product trading.QUALIFICATIONS Experience in IT IndustrySales experience, lead sales team, budgeting, and commercial processes, and proven experience on commercial, marketing and public relationship management. Experience on leading companies.
