Job Description: Scope of PositionTo lead the team & Be a focal point to ensure that the planning & operations team successfully deliver on all MRO & New A/C projects; also to ensure adequate coordination with various departments that affect the delivery of MRO services to the customer. To review the signed offer/contract at the beginning & monitor the cost, schedule & quality of all projects and take actions and initiatives to ensure the smooth execution of all MRO services and contracts.  To lead the team of CSM (Customer Support Manager) / front office regarding support & service activities. Ensure Customer satisfaction while ensuring Airbus Malaysia financial resultKey ResponsibilitiesTo be the manager of the Contract & Customer Support department for all request on new MRO projects, deployment, or any support & services in the region. To review the signed contract/offer for the respective projects under his/her responsibilities & to ensure that this process been followed by the P&P team. Ensuring all projects are executed “on-time” and “on-costTo be CSM / front office to the customer & to be the focal point for the new customer / prospect for support & services in the region. As a CSM, it is his/her duty to perform annual customer visit/review on the performance & customer’s top issue in order to ensure customer’s satisfaction is good & valid.  To ensure that contract Manager team will coordinate with all stakeholder from each department for work completion of task & projects in order to ensure the project efficiency & a/c completion successfully carried outTo ensure that there’s built up database for man hour’s productivity and efficiency, and manpower planning for on-going and forecasted maintenance work by the team member. To ensure that the work package completely close under his/her responsibilities with accurate information and monitoring the man hours for efficiency in order to invoice successfully on time & on cost. To ensure that the resources requirement study and perform man hours compilation to assist for providing man hours costing for potential check.To maintain close communication & cooperation with Head of Maintenance & his team in ensuring smooth implementation of planned work and target and to ensure issues are resolved accordingly.Background & SkillsMin. Education: Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any related field. Min Experience: 5-7 years of experiences in contract manager and customer support area. Experience in Aviation Industry, Helicopters preferred. Others Qualification/Skills Sound planning skills and knowledge. Good inter personal skills with internal staff and customers and vendorsA good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power point & Project, SAP.Ability to work with all levels of employees in a multi-cultural and international settingStrong communication skills and good command of written and spoken EnglishGood Knowledge on Aeronautics and MRO  (part 145 regulation)Good knowledge on Airbus helicopter Product ( Aircraft and Services)This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company:Airbus Helicopters Malaysia SDN.
