Training Officer

Responsible for ensuring that all staff members are well-equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and training to provide excellent customer service, understand product details, and uphold the brand's reputation. Responsibilities: Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to familiarize them with store protocols, product knowledge, and brand values. Conduct regular training refreshers to ensure staff are updated with the latest product releases and sales techniques. Help to identify training needs through regular consultation with operations management, sales metrics, and customer feedback, etc. Maintain detailed records of training sessions, attendees, and their performance. Provide regular reports to the Manager on training activities and their outcomes. Requirement: At least 2 years experience in a training role, preferably in the retail industry. Familiarity with the watch industry is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to design and execute training programs. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with various training software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to travel to different retail locations as required.
